Verifying a Web Site

I believe that the aluminum foil website is correct information. Some reasons of why i believe that is because it was recently updated just a few days ago and it has a bunch of different links that io can click on to get more information about that specific topic. The google gulp drink doesnt make any sense. It is hard to understand soI cant help but say that it is incorrect information. In the third activity on http://www.avon.k12.ct.us/enrichment/Enrich/gr4students.htm I think that the second websit is true because it has the weather report on that area, curently updated, city maps, and plenty of contact numbers and e-mails that I can get a hold of if I have questions.

Avatars

An avatar is a two or three dimensional image that represents you. Someone could use an avatar for a personal blog by taking the HTML code and putting it into a site like blogger. They might do this to give the blog more “life” or enthusiasm. For an educational career someone might us e an avatar by creating it in a site and then showing it to their students for fun and that could possibly engage better work ethics. In business I do not see the point to have an avatar unless you’re using it for a commercial or other types of advertisements. I have had an avatar before this class on the wii. . I liked voki the best because you can make it talk, it was easy o use and in my opinion it was more fun.

Feed Readers

Between bloglines.com and the google reader gadget on igoogle.com i prefer the google reader gadget. A few reasons that I prefer is I am more familiar with it than bloglines. Anothr reason is that google reader is much less complicated to me. I can be sure that both are very good to keep track of your favorie blogs posts but without a doubt I would choose the google reader gadget on igoogle.com.
